Even substances that are not controlled must undergo multiple stages and pass through various hands to ensure safe administration. formfuture has been tasked with creating ideas and illustrating the end-to-end experience flow for medications used in anesthesia workstations.

We facilitated a sequence of workshops to gain a comprehensive understanding of the medication journey within hospitals. Through these workshops, we directly engaged with end users to uncover crucial workflow steps and essential physical and digital interfaces necessary to enable a seamless and autonomous workflow.
Lockdown Learnings
Faced with a complete lockdown during the global pandemic, we pragmatically adapted by utilizing rapid, low-resolution mockups to validate our concepts without relying on external resources. Through these usability and ergonomic studies, we successfully identified two distinct directions each employing varying technologies and levels of innovation.
