Questions you may have:
My team is doing fine but needs a jolt of creativity and excitement.
Can you help with that?
Yes! We can lead sessions that help any group feel renewed in their purpose. This can come in a few different forms, but nowadays just getting people together and ensuring they all have a similar understanding of a situation is an invaluable effort. We’ll help align your team on a solid foundation so you can continue building on that connection.
Why is my team getting stuck on a particular solution?
We can help you re-orient around the most important customer insights, and ensure your team is focused when creating new ideas. If you have a strong understanding of your space but are hitting roadblocks internally, we can get your groups together and help you grease the wheels of any slow process.
How can we know if our team’s current strategy is the right one?
Sometimes getting the right group together and openly discussing a topic is all you need to clarify any open questions. That can also be the best catalyst for new ideas. Our team facilitates exercises that focus on the most important customer needs and the best way to bring a solution to life. These can help your group clear up misconceptions and rally around the right path forward.
How can we turn our customer strategy into a reality?
We’ll work with your group to generate a unified framework and vision that helps all execute toward a solid future. These frameworks are necessary for providing a shared understanding of a problem. As projects move on, and teams get mired in execution, they can be a fantastic touchpoint to return to to make sure the product you’re making is turning out as planned.
How can we make the results of our engagement last?
We will work with your team in a way that has legs, making the work we do a living process. Early-stage collaboration needs to be continually leveraged by any team. That’s why we try to find the best methods for communicating results and continued practices.
How are you making sure your work is good for people and the planet?
We will always push for solutions that embrace sustainable practices, healthy outcomes, and inclusive design. Whenever challenging questions need to be asked, we will ask them. Our group will always discuss the impact decisions will have and ensure all are aware of potential sustainability or internal team tradeoffs.
How will we know that our engagement has been successful?
Throughout our engagement, we regularly check with the team that everything is progressing smoothly and goals are being met from their perspective. Oftentimes, this is a conversation at key milestones. It may also be a survey, especially at the end of the project. Whenever possible, we like to measure product outcomes with customers against the project KPI’s.
When we have begun our project together, how can we ensure there is healthy iteration alongside continual progress?
We do this with solid project foundations that are fully understood and supported by all stakeholders, even as adjustments become necessary throughout the process. When goals, objectives, and priorities are clearly aligned then ideas, developments, and decisions can be executed with great precision and speed. This shared clarity minimizes unnecessary deliberation and enables the team to deliver with consistent efficiency and highest quality. We’ll play a central role in continually communicating all of these foundations, and ensure the work we own is falling in lock step with yours.
How does formfuture think about the relationship between CX and UX?
These terms have important meanings for all team members and must be fully investigated and outlined before a project. Each helps the other in both concept and execution, and they conceptually impact different teams in different ways. To us it is more important that these terms are clearly defined within a company, with actionable practices and metrics for each group to align. We’ll try to figure out where there may be cracks in this understanding or practice of CX/UX and advise on ways to remedy them.
